MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
A policy currently underwritten by Texas Mutual may be included in the purchasing group at the policy’s next renewal date. Accounts new to Texas Mutual may be added to the purchasing group at any time. Please contact your agent to see if you qualify.
Grassroots membership in the Texas Association of Manufacturers is required for policyholders written in the purchasing group. The annual dues for a grassroots membership are $100.
